Request access, deletion, correction, or privacy support
Use this page to understand how to submit privacy rights requests for Endear data.
How to submit
Email support@joinendear.com with the subject "Endear privacy request." Include the request type, the email or phone number associated with your account, your state or country of residence, and enough detail for Endear to locate the account.
Supported request types
- Access or know what data Endear maintains about you.
- Correct inaccurate account or profile data where the app does not already let you edit it.
- Delete account or waitlist data.
- Export available account data.
- Opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling if Endear enables a covered practice in the future.
- Appeal an eligible privacy request decision.
- Use an authorized agent where applicable law allows it.
Verification
Endear may verify that the requester controls the account email or phone number before providing, changing, or deleting data. Endear may reject requests that cannot be verified, are abusive, conflict with another person's privacy, or would compromise safety, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or security.
Timing
Endear responds within the period required by applicable law. For many US state privacy requests, that period is generally 45 days, with possible extensions where allowed by law.
Limits
Exports may not include raw internal security records, fraud signals, moderation notes, other users' private data, privileged legal material, proprietary ranking logic, or data that cannot be disclosed without harming safety or security. Some records may be retained after deletion where allowed or required by law.
