Emergency
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Endear support is not an emergency response channel.
Support routes
- Report a safety concern if you experienced harassment, threats, impersonation, fraud, coercion, underage activity, or other harmful behavior.
- Account or login help if you cannot access your account, changed your phone number, or need help with account settings.
- Delete my account for in-app deletion steps, web deletion request instructions, verification expectations, and retention limits.
- Privacy or data request for access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out, appeal, or authorized-agent requests.
- Billing or purchase issue for questions about app-store purchases, restores, Letters, refunds, or entitlements.
- Appeal a moderation decision if you believe an account or content restriction was made in error.
- Report a security issue if you believe you found a vulnerability or account-security problem.
- Law enforcement requests are handled through the law-enforcement process and are only for authorized law enforcement or government officials.
What to include
Include the email address or phone number connected to your Endear account, the device or platform you used, and enough detail for Endear to understand the issue. For safety reports, screenshots, profile details, timing, and a short description can help review the concern.
Do not send full payment card numbers, passwords, one-time verification codes, or unnecessary sensitive information.
