Child Safety Standards

Endear is adults only

Endear prohibits minors, child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and attempts to contact or exploit minors.

Effective Date: May 26, 2026. Last Updated: May 26, 2026.

1. Adult-only service

Endear is only for users who are 18 or older. Minors may not create accounts, appear as dating participants, use the service, or be targeted through the service.

2. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

Endear prohibits child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, instructions for exploitation, attempts to obtain sexual images of minors, and any content or behavior that sexualizes minors.

3. Reporting child-safety concerns

Report underage safety concerns in the app when available or contact support@joinendear.com. Include the profile, account, screenshot context, approximate time, and why you believe a minor or child-safety risk is involved. Do not send or forward CSAM to Endear unless specifically instructed by law enforcement or a legally appropriate reporting channel.

4. Endear response

Endear may remove content, disable accounts, preserve evidence, restrict access, escalate internally, and report apparent CSAM or child exploitation to NCMEC or law enforcement where required or appropriate. Endear may limit user notice when notice would increase risk, violate law, interfere with an investigation, or expose another person.

5. Contact point

Child safety concerns should go to support@joinendear.com with the subject "Endear child safety concern." Law enforcement should use law-enforcement.html. Immediate danger should be reported to local emergency services.
